1. About These Terms

These Terms are entered into between you ("Client", "Customer", "you") and Ridgeline Roofing LLC ("Ridgeline Roofing", "we", "us"), a Colorado LLC at 910 11th Ave S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. CO Contractor License #EC-2007-4492.

2. Roofing Services — Engagement

Free Estimates

Free estimates are provided at no charge and carry no obligation to purchase services. A signed written service agreement is required before any work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days.

Payment Terms

A deposit of up to 30% may be required upon signing. Balance is invoiced on completion. Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month. Prices are in US dollars, exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Pricing on This Website

Starting prices displayed on our website are illustrative only. They are based on typical residential roof parameters. Website prices are not binding quotes. Actual pricing depends on roof size, pitch, material specifications, condition, and location. A binding price is provided only in a signed written estimate following an in-person inspection.

4. Warranty

Workmanship Warranty

Ridgeline Roofing provides a workmanship warranty on completed projects as specified in your written agreement (up to 30 years for complete replacements). This covers installation defects, not material failures, storm damage, or third-party alterations.

Manufacturer Warranties

Materials carry separate manufacturer warranties. Ridgeline will register applicable warranties on your behalf but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel within 3 business days of signing (Colorado right of rescission) without penalty. Cancellations after this period incur charges for materials ordered and work completed to date.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Disputes are subject to Denver County, Colorado courts. Contact us first at info@ridgelineroofing.site — we resolve all issues directly wherever possible.
